Qualifications

Proven experience leading software engineering organizations responsible for product development and delivery.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, software architecture, platform engineering, and modern delivery practices.
Experience with DevSecOps, cybersecurity, governance, and regulatory alignment.
Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and AI-enabled development.
Experience building and mentoring engineering leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy and delivery across software products and client-facing projects.
Define technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve performance and long-term health.
Drive engineering standards, governance, and operational excellence.
