Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead strategy, execution, quality, and technical health of our software engineering org. You will deliver scalable, secure software solutions while building a high-performing engineering culture grounded in ownership and collaboration.

The role drives technology strategy, platform scalability, cybersecurity, and modern engineering practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
15 years of related experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
Experience in infrastructure, utilities, environmental services, public-sector, or regulated industries preferred.
Experience with GIS, SCADA, sensor data, data integration, analytics, or decision-support platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy & delivery across software products and client-facing projects.
Define and execute technology, platform, and architecture strategies.
Manage engineering priorities, capacity, and delivery tradeoffs.
Partner with Product and business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities.
Establish engineering standards, governance, metrics, and operating practices.
Drive continuous improvement through DevSecOps practices, automation, testing, and secure development.
Monitor and optimize engineering performance with meaningful metrics.
Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, AI governance, and regulatory compliance.
Lead innovation to apply emerging technologies for delivery and growth.
Develop engineering leaders and foster ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships to improve planning and outcomes.
