Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across software products and client-facing projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while meeting quality, security, scalability, and reliability objectives.
• Define and execute technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve product performance, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
• Manage engineering priorities, capacity, resource allocation, technical risk, and delivery tradeoffs across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, metrics, and operating practices to improve software quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Drive DevSecOps, automation, testing strategies, incident management, secure development, and disciplined technical debt management.
• Monitor engineering performance with meaningful metrics for productivity, quality, stability, and business value.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, AI governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies compliance.
• Champion AI-enabled development, intelligent automation, and augmented engineering practices while maintaining governance and discipline.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and modernization across the engineering organization.
• Build and develop engineering managers and technical teams through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and career development.
• Promote ownership, accountability, and collaboration to support high-performing teams.
• Communicate engineering priorities and roadmaps clearly to executives and stakeholders.
• Ensure resources focus on high-value opportunities while balancing commitments and priorities.
