Job summary

A logistics and distribution company in Chicago is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to deliver complex digital initiatives while closely advising the CIO. The role requires 8+ years of IT program delivery experience, leadership in cross-functional teams, and expertise with Agile methodologies. This position offers a hybrid work environment and a competitive salary in the range of $200,000.00 to $260,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program delivery, ideally in global enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or initiatives.
• Proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP or similar enterprise platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide IT programs with a focus on modernization and scalable growth.
• Manage the full digital portfolio to ensure initiatives align with strategic goals.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the CIO, coordinating efforts across business units, IT, and external vendors.
• Facilitate roadmap development and champion Agile delivery practices.
• Produce clear, high-impact reporting and communications for stakeholders.
