You will partner with senior leaders to design talent strategies, drive recruiting excellence and an optimal candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• 5 years team leadership experience.
• Experience with CRM tools; such as Phenom and Eightfold and applicant tracking systems; such as Workday

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to understand talent needs across corporate functions.
• Provide consultative guidance on market conditions, role scoping, and hiring practices.
• Align recruiting priorities with business objectives and deploy resources effectively.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to high performance.
