Job summary

The Western Union Company is seeking a Director of Product Management for its North American Digital business. You will define the product vision, set strategy, and drive execution across remittance and adjacent financial services, leading cross-functional teams to accelerate growth and deepen customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with leadership responsibility in fintech, cross-border payments, digital banking, or other high-growth digital businesses.
• Proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, engagement, and revenue through product innovation and disciplined experimentation.
• Customer-obsession with translating insights into intuitive, trusted experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making to prioritize investments and measure success.

Responsibilities

• Define and Lead US Digital Product Strategy.
• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for the North American Digital business, driving core remittance and expansion into wallets and other services.
• Drive customer growth through onboarding, referrals, localized experiences, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
• Increase retention and engagement by reducing friction and improving pricing, coverage, reliability, and account management.
• Build for high-value customers with premium services, loyalty programs, and tailored journeys.
• Expand beyond remittances by launching adjacent financial services.
• Lead and develop teams of product managers, analysts, and designers; foster accountability and high performance.
• Champion AI-enabled product development across discovery, prototyping, experimentation, and decision making.
• Deliver through cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Global Product teams.
• Own business outcomes by aligning investments to measurable customer and business impact.
