Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, platform strategy, payments, fintech, or related financial services.
• 5+ years leading leaders or multidisciplinary product teams.
• Experience owning a major product portfolio from strategy to scaled commercialization.
• Deep expertise in digital wallets, payments, roadmaps, and customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, APIs, tokenization, authentication, and risk.
• Knowledge of cloud, data platforms, mobile ecosystems, open banking, cross-border payments.
• Ability to translate inputs into clear priorities and scalable decisions.
• Proven enterprise leadership, executive communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading in global, matrixed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience considered in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Own the global digital wallet strategy, value proposition, and 1-2 year roadmap.
• Align wallet priorities with enterprise objectives for growth and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end product and platform execution across discovery, design, and release.
• Oversee wallet experiences, APIs, data, identity, fraud controls, and integrations.
• Manage wallet operations, escalation, and lifecycle processes with cross-functional partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with platform capabilities.
• Develop talent, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion.
• Manage strategic relationships with networks, banks, fintechs, and partners.
