Job summary
Partners in Digital Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in Retail Health. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
- Proven history partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary technology teams to translate clinical vision into scalable Epic-based roadmaps.
- Partner with clinical and business leaders to shape care models and measure outcomes.
- Drive end-to-end technology design and integration with external data sources into Epic workflows.
- Foster a high-performing, curious, and resilient product team.
