Job summary

Colorado Psychiatric seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery to shape technology strategy for outpatient care, including clinical documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with clinical and operational leaders, translate vision into scalable Epic-based roadmaps, and focus on safety, patient experience, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Epic EHR workflows and related configurations.
• Experience partnering with care networks to improve clinical pathways.

Responsibilities

• Partner with care delivery leaders to design end-to-end care models and reduce staff burden.
• Serve as strategic partner for CVS HCD stakeholders on care model strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to surface technology solutions and drive execution of care products.
• Establish shared metrics to ensure investments improve clinical quality, patient experience, and financials.
