Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Pharmacy/Nursing/Bio sciences or health-care field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years in people management.
• Demonstrates deep subject matter expertise in the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the reporting strategy across products, roles, and geographies.
• Lead roadmap, governance, data readiness, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Surface portfolio trends, risks, and opportunities with executive-ready visuals.
• Translate insights into portfolio priorities and experiments.
• Implement intake and prioritization for ad hoc analytics.
• Direct industry benchmarking and synthesize insights for targets and investments.
• Define metrics and standards for consistent reporting and adoption.
• Provide enablement and change-management support for solutions.
• Align data sources with business needs and establish KPIs.
