Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Business Insights and Analytics (BIA) team’s performance sub‑team. This role balances 50% analytics leadership with 50% strategic partnership to marketing stakeholders.

You will mentor analysts, translate business needs into analytics plans, and deliver insights to drive marketing strategy, customer experience, and engagement. Hybrid collaboration across DHH and Marketing is central.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, CS, Statistics, Decision Science, Marketing, Engineering, Public Health, etc.
• 5+ years of analytics project experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare
• Hands-on experience with healthcare business performance data

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable data-driven insights to stakeholders by translating complex needs into analytical plans.
• Lead a team of analysts, guiding data analytics, visualization, and storytelling with data.
• Collaborate with DHH and Marketing to deliver solutions and insights.
• Manage analytics and digital solutions projects to deliver timely insights.
• Stay current with industry trends and analytics methodologies.
• Contribute to innovative experiments and AI-enabled initiatives.
