Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Senior Digital Manufacturing Lead to drive next‑gen data systems across RCCB plants. You will own the LMS/LIS roadmap, map fault codes to historians, and create dashboards that empower operations and OE teams to raise line performance.

This role supports multiple production centers (CA, IL, MI, MN, WI) with up to 50% travel, and requires a senior level blend of manufacturing and digital expertise, leadership, and strategic project delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED with 13+ years of specific experience and 8+ years of leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Lead digital manufacturing initiatives to improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational visibility.
• Develop and own RCCB’s Line Monitoring System (LMS) roadmap, including support of LIS and future LMS platforms.
• Drive and maintain equipment fault code mapping into a historian to improve data accuracy, troubleshooting effectiveness, and root cause analysis.
• Support plant and OE teams to develop and implement digital tools to standardize equipment settings and optimize line performance.
• Create and maintain data visualization dashboards to support operational decision‑making and performance tracking.
• Lead a team that provides advanced technical equipment and OT network support for manufacturing plants, both on‑site and remotely.
• Lead and execute strategic projects designed to improve plant performance, reliability, and sustainability.
• Direct and support teams in troubleshooting and resolving short‑term plant and equipment issues.
• Lead structured problem‑solving efforts to quickly restore operations during unplanned downtime events.
• Act as a technical escalation point during critical production disruptions.
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary: $168,480 - $210,600 plus annual target bonus
• This role can be based out of any of the RCCB Production Centers (CA, IL, MI, MN, WI) with at least 50% travel required
