Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a senior leader to drive digital manufacturing initiatives across multiple production centers. You will own the LMS roadmap, support LIS integration, and map fault codes to historical data to improve accuracy and root cause analysis.

Lead a team delivering advanced technical equipment and OT network support, while guiding strategic projects to enhance plant reliability, performance, and sustainability across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years related experience and 6+ years leadership.
• Alternative: GED with 13+ years relevant experience and 8+ years leadership.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital manufacturing initiatives to improve equipment performance and visibility.
• Develop and own RCCB’s LMS roadmap and support LIS and future LMS platforms.
• Map fault codes into historians to improve data accuracy and root-cause analysis.
• Support plant/OE teams to standardize equipment settings and optimize line performance.
• Create data visualization dashboards to support operational decisions.
• Lead a team providing advanced technical equipment and OT network support, on-site and remotely.
• Lead strategic projects to improve plant performance, reliability, and sustainability.
• Direct and help teams troubleshoot plant and equipment issues during downtime.
• Act as escalation point during critical production disruptions.

• This role can be based out of any of the RCCB Production Centers (CA, IL, MI, MN, WI)

Position Responsibilities:

• Digital Manufacturing & Data Systems

  • Lead digital manufacturing initiatives to improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational visibility.
  • Develop and own RCCB’s Line Monitoring System (LMS) roadmap, including the support of our current Line Information System (LIS) and future LMS platforms.
  • Drive and maintain equipment fault code mapping into a historian to improve data accuracy, troubleshooting effectiveness, and root cause analysis.
  • Support plant and OE teams to develop and implement digital tools to standardize equipment settings and optimize line performance.
  • Create and maintain data visualization dashboards to support operational decision‑making and performance tracking.

  Technical Equipment & Plant Support

  • Lead a team that provides advanced technical equipment and OT network support for manufacturing plants, both on‑site and remotely.
  • Lead and execute strategic projects designed to improve plant performance, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Direct and support teams in troubleshooting and resolving short‑term plant and equipment issues.
  • Lead structured problem‑solving efforts to quickly restore operations during unplanned downtime events.
  • Act as a technical escalation point during critical production disruptions.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
