HEARST STATIONS INC seeks a Digital Media Sales Manager in Milwaukee to lead digital sales programs with energy and strategic vision. You will drive advertiser account strategy, guide local sellers, and partner with national teams to achieve revenue goals.

The role emphasizes knowledge of digital marketing strategies, client relationship building, and effective proposal development in a dynamic media environment.

Formación

• Understanding of current digital marketing strategies and how they complement other media.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and inventory management in digital environments.
• Ability to dissect RFPs, identify revenue opportunities, and craft compelling responses.
• Proven track record in prospecting, meeting with clients, and closing deals.
• Experience in managing a team or guiding others to achieve sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and implement advertiser account strategy with revenue goals.
• Lead and develop local sales team through meetings and coaching.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with Local/National Sales Managers for planning.
• Negotiate digital deals, review proposals to meet client goals and guidelines.
• Respond to RFPs and meet client deadlines; build strong client relationships.
