Campbell’s is seeking a Director, Workplace Experience to own the enterprise Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and ensure engaging, reliable workplace services across offices, manufacturing sites, warehouses, and remote environments. You will lead experience-focused teams, shape strategy with IT and Corporate Communications, and drive measurable improvements in adoption, satisfaction, and self-service UX.

This senior, on-site role reports to the VP of Technology Infrastructure and offers

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Digital Employee Experience (DEX) or employee-facing IT services at scale.
• Strong ITSM understanding for employee-facing services.
• Experience overseeing site/on-site IT support and governance of MSP resources.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise DEX strategy aligned to productivity and business outcomes.
• Own end-to-end employee journeys across collaboration, productivity, and support experiences.
• Lead Enterprise Support, Experience Platforms, Service Desk, and Digital Skilling portfolios.
• Apply strong service management practices across employee-facing services (incident, problem, change, knowledge).
• Own portals/intranet experience, usability, navigation, and content structure.
• Drive improvements to self-service user experiences and request flows.
• Oversee executive technology experience with high-quality, white-glove support.
• Ensure site support outcomes with responsiveness and consistent service quality.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align IT experience strategy with engagement initiatives.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership.
