Flywheel's Client Services team seeks a Manager, Commerce to lead day-to-day eCommerce strategy and execution across retailers and intermediaries. You will own client engagements, mentor junior staff, and drive growth through data-driven recommendations across platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.

The role requires 4+ years in digital commerce or retail media, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. In-office collaboration is expected on a regular schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in digital commerce, retail media, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Strong data-driven decision making and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate data trends into actionable client recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day commerce strategy and execution across retail and media channels.
• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies that drive sales, share, and profit for clients across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, etc.).
• Lead regular client meetings and communications, providing performance updates, actionable insights, and proactive recommendations based on data analysis.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, supporting their growth and ensuring quality standards in client deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and deliver integrated solutions for clients.
• Manage and monitor key business metrics, campaign performance, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
• Drive business growth for clients by identifying and presenting new opportunities, trends, and incremental value Flywheel can deliver.
• Stay current on industry developments and marketplace changes, translating macro trends into tailored recommendations for clients.
• Contribute to internal best practice sharing, training sessions, and new business initiatives.
• Occasional travel, as required, based on client needs.
