Mastercard is seeking a Director, Finance – Blockchain & Digital Currencies to lead financial planning and strategic advisory for Digital Assets initiatives. You will partner with product, engineering and corporate finance to shape strategy, manage risks, and drive disciplined growth.

The role requires executive presence, strong data interpretation, and the ability to influence senior leaders while delivering clear financial guidance across planning, forecasting and performance management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, with corporate finance knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities; advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for Blockchain & Digital Currencies.
• Oversee month‑end close, analyze variances, report to senior stakeholders.
• Manage risks/opportunities across revenues, expenses, investments; provide actionable guidance.
• Partner with product/engineering and finance teams to evaluate business cases.
• Own internal and external reporting deliverables and performance narratives.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen financial discipline and efficiency.
• Lead strategic projects, scenario modeling, and executive decision support.
