MGA Entertainment — home to L.O.L. Surprise!, Bratz, Little Tikes, Rainbow High and Miniverse — is hiring a Director of Demand Planning to own our fastest-growing, largest Americas account: Target.
Target has grown into a $221M FY2026 business for MGA, up from a $118M swing in two years, and growing 45% year over year — roughly double the pace of our next-largest account. That growth has outrun our operational readiness: on-shelf availability is sitting in the low 80s against our 90% standard, and we estimate $5M–$7M in recoverable annual retail sales sitting behind that gap alone. This role exists to close it — and to protect the revenue that's already on the books.
This is not a back-office forecasting seat. Target runs on a collaborative forecast, which means we negotiate the plan, not dictate it. You'll own MGA's side of that negotiation — the demand plan, the inventory commitments behind it, and MGA's credibility with Target's merchandising and replenishment teams — and represent MGA directly in Target's Operations Top-to-Top meetings.
Within a year: the Target revenue plan delivered, in-stock sustained at 88%+, a forecast Target consistently orders against, and Target's position as MGA's largest Americas account locked in with a demand plan that holds under pressure.
Preferred: toy, consumer products, or other short-lifecycle/hit-driven categories; experience building planning process from scratch; familiarity with Logility, SAP, or comparable demand planning systems.
