Job summary

MGA Entertainment is hiring a Director of Demand Planning based in Minneapolis to own MGA's demand plan for the Target account, MGA's largest revenue partner in the Americas. The role negotiates the forecast with Target and manages inventory commitments, safety stock and in-stock targets across 2,900 SKUs in 2,000 stores.

The position works in person with MGA's Target sales organization and Target teams to align in-stock expectations, integrate inventory data, and establish formal domestic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or analytics, economics, or business.
• 8+ years in demand planning, supply chain, merchandising or replenishment.
• Direct experience owning a collaborative or joint forecast with a major retailer.
• Experience driving revenue delivery, inventory position and in-stock targets.
• Strong command of retailer POS data, replenishment mechanics and inventory planning.
• Advanced Excel; working fluency in Power BI or equivalent BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand plan for US-Target and Target.com across brands.
• Deliver the Target revenue plan (~$221M in FY2026) and monthly lock commitments.
• Achieve brand- and item-level forecast accuracy and reduce variance.
• Lead monthly forecast calls and the shipment plan aligned with seasonal peaks.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Hong Kong operations to convert demand plans into production.
