Job summary

MGA Entertainment seeks a Director of Demand Planning to own the Target account, MGA’s largest Americas revenue stream, spanning ~2,900 SKUs across 2,000 stores. The role negotiates the demand plan, inventory position, and safety-stock commitments, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure in-stock and strong collaboration with Target’s teams.

The role is based in Minneapolis, working in person with MGA’s Target sales organization and with Target counterparts to align on availability,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in demand planning, supply chain or replenishment.
Experience owning a collaborative forecast with major US mass retailers (Target preferred).
Strong command of retailer POS data, in-stock metrics and replenishment mechanics.
Based in the Minneapolis area or willing to relocate; on-site role.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end demand plan for US-Target and Target.com across MGA brands.
Deliver Target revenue plan (~$221M in FY2026) against monthly locks.
Achieve forecast accuracy at brand/item level; reduce variance.
Lead monthly forecast calls and the shipment plan supporting it.
Partner with Supply Planning and HK ops to convert plan into production commitments.
Lead analyst support and be the single MGA contact for Target.
