MGA Entertainment, home to L.O.L. Surprise!, Bratz, Little Tikes, Rainbow High and Miniverse, seeks a Director of Demand Planning to own our largest Americas account: Target.

You will own the demand plan, inventory commitments, and MGA's credibility with Target's merchandising and replenishment teams, and represent MGA in Target's Top-to-Top meetings. This is a highly collaborative role, requiring leadership of the MGA side of the forecast, driving in-stock and revenue delivery, and partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in demand planning, supply chain, merchandise planning, or replenishment.
• Direct experience owning a collaborative/joint forecast with a major US mass retailer; Target experience strongly preferred.
• Track record owning an account at $150M+ in revenue with revenue delivery, in-stock, forecast accuracy, and inventory position.
• Strong grasp of retailer POS data and replenishment mechanics (sell-through, weeks of supply, in-stock).
• Advanced Excel; working fluency in Power BI or equivalent BI platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand plan for US-Target and Target.com across the MGA portfolio.
• Deliver the $221M Target revenue plan and manage monthly locks.
• Improve forecast accuracy at brand and item level; reduce variance.
• Manage collaborative forecast relationship with Target’s teams and improve in-stock performance to 88–90%.
• Lead MGA’s domestic safety-stock strategy and policy for Target.
• Oversee systems integration to improve daily forecast accuracy and data visibility.
• Provide dedicated analyst support and stand as single accountability across MGA Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Brand.
