Job summary

MGA Entertainment is seeking a Director of Demand Planning to own the Target account, MGA's largest Americas revenue source, with a multi‑thousand SKU portfolio and a complex collaborative forecast. This on‑site Minneapolis role partners with sales, supply chain and Target teams to align in‑stock, event codes and safety stock commitments.

The position requires senior, in‑market ownership to protect revenue and drive forecast accuracy, with responsibility for production plans and inventory levels

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Economics or related field.
3+ years leading a major national retail account.
Experience owning a collaborative or joint forecast with a major US mass retailer.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end demand plan for US-Target and Target.com across the brand portfolio.
Deliver the Target revenue plan against the annual target and monthly locks.
Achieve brand/item level forecast accuracy and manage stock exposure.
Lead the monthly forecast call and the shipment plan to support peak season.
Manage cross-functional collaboration with Supply Planning and Hong Kong operations to convert the plan into production.
