Meet MacStadium. We build cloud solutions to simplify Mac for business. We actively participate in and influence the Apple ecosystem in a cool way and have been a part of it since day one. Developers and end users at leading tech companies, big enterprises, and small teams rely on MacStadium’s innovative solutions every day. We have a passionate team of hard working, hard playing professionals with a big, shared vision. Come join us as we grow again!

What we need:

MacStadium is seeking an experienced marketing leader responsible for creating and executing strategies to generate leads and drive pipeline growth, ultimately contributing to revenue generation. The Director of Demand Generation will target enterprise technology leaders and practitioners, leveraging account-based marketing (ABM), organic and paid search, display advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and other demand gen tactics and channels.

The right person for this role will be a self-starter with the ability to collaborate with other marketing team members to achieve department and corporate goals. A technical, cloud, or SaaS background is a plus given the nature of our team, our product, and our customer base.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is highly preferred to be located in Atlanta, GA or Boston, MA or a candidate located in Eastern Time Zone.

What you will be doing:

  • Strategy development: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with overall business goals and sales pipeline objectives.
  • Campaign execution: Plan, build, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Lead generation and nurturing: Drive the generation of qualified leads by both engaging ABM targets and generating top-of-funnel inbound demand, then move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Team alignment and collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment. Work closely with the internal marketing team (content, product, operations) and external contractors to achieve demand generation goals.
  • Performance analysis and reporting: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that communicate KPIs to the marketing team and executive leadership.
  • Process improvement and innovation: Stay abreast of new technologies and advise leadership on the latest marketing trends, best practices, and standards for demand generation. Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve the buyer journey for prospects, leads, and customers.

What skills and experience you need to have:

  • 5-10 years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations
  • Proven track record of success in driving lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Knowledge of various marketing channels and tactics including ABM, organic and paid search, events, social media, email, content syndication, and partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies
  • Ability to learn new concepts and solve problems quickly
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), and/or similar marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with CMS/website tools (Webflow, WordPress), SEO/SEM tools (Semrush, Ahrefs), A/B testing software, AI marketing tools, and analytics software
  • Experience in scaling demand generation programs in high-growth startups or tech companies
  • Comfortable working in an individual contributor capacity while managing relationships with vendors
  • Knowledge of software development processes and/or experience communicating to technical/software developer audience technology a plus
  • Minimum travel to conferences and/or HQ office will be expected
