About The Role

The Director, Demand Generation, will develop and execute demand generation programs to fuel growth. This role requires a marketing leader with a proven track record in successful campaigns that generate leads and drive sales. We seek a results-oriented, customer-focused, analytical, collaborative, and creative professional.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, content, and event marketing channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation programs, exploring new channels and technologies.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze campaign data, and report insights to leadership.
  • Manage budgets, measure pipeline targets, and optimize ROI.
  • Create email nurture programs, segmented lists, and campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, and forms.
  • Optimize web strategy, SEO, and content to accelerate sales and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and sales teams to align demand generation efforts.
  • Foster a data-driven, results-oriented marketing culture.
  • Lead and mentor a growing demand generation team.
About You
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 7-9 years of demand generation experience in B2B tech, cloud, or SaaS industries.
  • Successful track record in demand generation strategies impacting revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
