Job summary

Morningstar is seeking a Sr. Manager, Campaign Strategy to lead outbound motion, demand generation, and cross-functional alignment across Marketing teams. You will guide programs that accelerate pipeline growth and customer engagement while ensuring program quality and scalability.

You will coach a high-performing marketing team, drive AI-enabled practices, and partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Analytics to optimize metrics and outcomes for growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or related fields.
• Proven success designing integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth.
• Strong understanding of sales-marketing alignment and outbound strategies.
• Experience leading marketing teams and coaching talent.
• Advanced experience with AI and automation in marketing.
• Knowledge of paid media, marketing tech, and campaign operations.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound sales play strategy and execution with Sales and Product Marketing.
• Drive demand generation strategy optimization using performance insights and analytics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with mentorship and accountability.
• Represent marketing priorities to Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing, and Analytics.
• Align channel execution with business goals and growth targets.
• Coordinate demand generation, campaign execution, and operational planning across teams.
• Review campaigns for audience targeting and performance against revenue goals.
• Establish scalable, repeatable processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
• Champion AI-driven marketing practices and advanced automation across the organization.
