Job summary

Morningstar is seeking a Sr. Manager, Campaign Strategy to lead campaign execution and demand generation strategy across Demand Generation, Events, and Customer Marketing. You will translate business objectives into high-impact programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and measurable growth.

You will lead a team of marketers, drive AI-enabled marketing practices, and align cross-functional teams to accelerate pipeline growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with deep expertise in demand generation or related disciplines.
• Proven success designing and executing integrated demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment including outbound and account-based strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound sales play strategy and execution, partnering with Sales and Product Marketing to generate pipeline.
• Lead demand generation strategy optimization using funnel analytics and testing frameworks.
• Coach and develop a high-performing marketing team and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Represent marketing priorities to Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing, and Analytics functions.
