Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Director, Warehouse Labor Management (WLM) & DC CoE to lead the network’s labor standards, engineered standards, and center of excellence initiatives. This role sets the vision, governance, and operating model for engineered standards and SOP deployment across the distribution center network.

You will collaborate with DC Operations, EHS, Compliance, Quality, Analytics, and Engineering to translate strategy into sustainable execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years in supply chain logistics or business role OR High school/GED and at least 11 years in supply chain logistics or business role.
• At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
• At least 5 years of direct or cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into actionable tactics and objectives.
• Develop innovative approaches and governance frameworks for standards and SOPs.
• Interact with executives and key stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers and performance outcomes.
