Job summary

Walgreens seeks a Director, Warehouse Labor Management (WLM) & Distribution Center CoE to lead engineered labor standards, labor performance, and SOP governance across the distribution network. This role shapes vision, priorities, and operating model to deliver improvements in cost, service, and quality.

You will partner with DC Operations, EHS, Compliance, Quality, Analytics, and Engineering to translate strategy into execution, mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in supply chain logistics or related field, or high school/GED with 11+ years experience.
• At least 5 years in contributing to financial decisions.
• At least 5 years of leadership or cross-functional leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into actionable tactics and objectives.
• Develop innovative approaches and evaluation criteria for projects and people.
• Interact with executives and major stakeholders to influence decisions.
