• Managed product roadmaps for data capabilities with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Fluent in GTM stacks and data governance across marketing and sales.
• Experience with identity resolution challenges and data enrichment.
• Shipped governance frameworks balancing security with marketing speed.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for CDP, identity resolution, and data enrichment to scale marketing operations and revenue.
• Lead identity graph expansion with input on matching logic and cross-channel stitching for real-time personalization.
• Drive data quality and define SLAs that impact campaign performance and attribution.
• Enable AI/ML at scale with data pipelines and feature engineering for predictive scoring and churn models.
• Govern privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, US laws) enabling innovation and real-time activation.
• Set data integration standards and latency targets across IT and downstream teams.
