Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking an Associate Director / Director, Data Strategy & Measurement to define and lead the firm’s data analytics and measurement capability. This senior role collaborates with enterprise clients to understand their data ecosystems, design measurement frameworks, and translate insights into strategic recommendations across partnerships and marketing.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, marketing science, consulting or data strategy.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and advising senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of affiliate, influencer, digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), attribution methodologies and incrementality testing.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and SQL.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AP's senior advisor on measurement, analytics and reporting.
• Understand client data ecosystems including affiliate networks, influencer platforms, Google Analytics, CRM systems, customer databases, MMM outputs and BI tools.
• Design measurement frameworks that connect partnership marketing activity to business outcomes across attribution, incrementality and lifetime value.
• Advise clients on how affiliate and influencer activity should be measured alongside paid media and broader customer acquisition strategies.
• Own AP's point of view on measurement and partner with MMM providers and analytics vendors to stay at the forefront of innovation.
• Lead analytical workstreams for enterprise clients, including programme audits and strategic reviews.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable commercial recommendations and partner with cross-functional teams.
