Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking an Associate Director / Director of Data Strategy & Measurement to lead data, analytics and measurement for enterprise clients. This remote role collaborates with Strategy, Sales and AI teams to build data capabilities, develop new services and raise data literacy across the organization.

The ideal candidate will define measurement frameworks, own AP's point of view on measurement, and drive AI-enabled insights with strong leadership and collaboration across

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in analytics, measurement, marketing science or data strategy.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of affiliate, influencer, digital or performance marketing.
• MMM, attribution and incrementality knowledge.
• SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client measurement & data strategy for enterprise clients and design frameworks aligning with business outcomes.
• Direct strategic analytics workstreams including audits, reviews and growth forecasting.
• Define data capabilities roadmap; develop scalable dashboards and reporting tools.
• Mentor teams, raise data literacy and represent AP as a measurement thought leader.
