Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking an Associate Director / Director of Data Strategy & Measurement to spearhead data, analytics, and measurement capabilities for enterprise clients. The role sits at the intersection of client strategy, data science, and growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled insights and scalable measurement tools.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in analytics, measurement, marketing science, consulting or data strategy.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders at enterprise level.
• Strong understanding of affiliate, influencer, digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Leadership experience and talent development.
• Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), attribution methodologies and incrementality testing.
• SQL and data querying experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical workstreams for enterprise clients, including programme audits and strategic reviews.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Finance and Data Science teams.
• Define and own AP's data and analytics roadmap.
• Partner with Strategy and AI teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled insights.
