Acceleration Partners is seeking an Associate Director / Director of Data Strategy & Measurement for a fully remote role. You will define and lead our data, analytics and measurement capability, working with enterprise clients to craft strategies that tie partnership activity to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, marketing science, consulting or data strategy.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and executive teams on analytics.
• Strong understanding of affiliate, influencer, digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AP's senior advisor on measurement, analytics and reporting.
• Understand client data ecosystems including affiliate networks, influencer platforms, Google Analytics, CRM systems, customer databases, MMM outputs and BI tools.
• Design measurement frameworks connecting partnership marketing activity to business outcomes (attribution, incrementality, LTV).
• Advise clients on measuring affiliate and influencer activity alongside paid media and broader strategies.
• Own AP's viewpoint on measurement, partnering with MMM providers and analytics vendors.
