Job summary
CRH is seeking a transformative leader to direct enterprise data strategy, BI architecture, and system integration across the Americas Cementitious Materials organization. You will align data governance, security, and interoperability with enterprise objectives while partnering with IT peers and business leaders.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, data, BI, or integration services
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading enterprise architecture, data, BI, or integration services
- Up to 25% domestic travel
Responsibilities
- Lead development of enterprise data strategy, data architecture standards, and master data management practices.
- Oversee BI, reporting, and analytics using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and SQL technologies.
- Define enterprise KPI frameworks and executive dashboards; drive predictive, data-driven decision making.
- Establish enterprise data governance, stewardship, and governance councils.
