Job summary

Communities In Schools (CIS) is seeking a Director of Data Quality & Adoption to lead data operations, verification, training, and user support across the CIS network. This role bridges platform leadership with program operations to ensure high-quality data and informed decision-making.

You will drive data standards, reporting readiness, and adoption of the CIS Data Management platform, while coaching a team and partnering across departments to deliver continuous improvement and value for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in data quality, data stewardship, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience leading teams.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
• Ability to translate business needs into operational and technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Quality & Reporting Readiness for CIS network.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for data operations, verification, training, and stewardship.
• Drive adoption of CISDM platform through training, documentation, and user support.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to implement new functionality.
• Coordinate data requests and reporting guidance across the organization.
