Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of experience managing organizational databases and data systems.
• Two years creating data reports and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Direct administration and improvement of online data management platforms.
• Design evaluative frameworks to measure program efficacy and client impact.
• Maintain data privacy, security, and confidentiality to meet funder requirements.
• Translate complex data into actionable reports for leadership and donors.
• Lead staff training on agency digital platforms and secure data handling.
