Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and data supervision required.
• Bachelor's degree as listed in education.
• Servant leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to drive projects across teams amid competing priorities.
• Ability to identify challenges and present solutions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across audiences.
• Experience with CWDS preferred.
• Experience learning new data platforms quickly.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to ensure effective data management and reporting.
• Utilize resources to meet state and local performance goals.
• Implement and adhere to the Data Quality Knowledge Database.
• Participate in leadership and funder meetings.
• Train and support the Data team with cross-training.
• Provide support for daily data tasks and ad hoc reports.
• Develop and update quality assurance measures and QA processes.
• Present data and reports to leadership using graphs and tables.
• Ensure ISO compliance and audits, including monthly reconciliations.
• Support data collection requests from contracting agencies.
