BlackRock is seeking a data product leader to define the strategy and roadmap for the Data Marketplace and enterprise data product ecosystem, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance and business teams. You will translate governance needs into features, own the backlog, and drive adoption, documentation, and release readiness while shaping AI-enabled data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with demonstrated depth of experience in Product Management or Data Governance.
• Experience delivering enterprise data capabilities including marketplaces, catalogues or governance.
• Proficient with Agile methodologies and product management tooling.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for the Data Marketplace and enterprise data product ecosystem.
• Translate business and governance needs into product features, measurable outcomes and delivery plans.
• Own the backlog and prioritise the roadmap based on user needs and strategic value.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk and Compliance to align delivery with priorities.
• Drive onboarding, documentation, demonstrations, release readiness and reuse of marketplace capabilities.
• Shape AI-enabled data capabilities and scalable governance to support AI-ready data.
