Job summary

Omnicom seeks a Director of Data Management to lead end-to-end data enablement for the Paramount account, overseeing taxonomy governance, data quality, and site-served reporting. You will supervise and develop Data Operations resources, aligning cross-functional teams across Communications Design, Growth Analytics, Data Management and Ad Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with taxonomy governance and data-quality standards.
• Ability to translate reporting requirements into upstream campaign setup processes.
• Strong collaboration across Analytics, Data Management and Ad Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead taxonomy strategy and governance conversations across key stakeholders to support accurate and consistent media reporting.
• Partner with client and agency Analytics teams to translate reporting requirements into upstream campaign setup requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert for taxonomy, data quality and reporting enablement.
• Proactively identify, elevate and resolve roadblocks related to taxonomy, data mapping, ingestion and reporting readiness.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and recommendations related to data operations processes and taxonomy requirements.
• Facilitate communication and progression of data-related workstreams through regular status meetings and working sessions.
• Assure timely follow-through on scheduled and ad hoc data-enablement deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate processes while maintaining required data quality.
• Own the end-to-end operational process from taxonomy development through clean, reporting-ready campaign data.
• Establish and maintain clear taxonomy governance, including standardized interpretation of fields that require strategic or campaign-specific judgment.
