Job summary

Omnicom Media, the media services division of Omnicom Group, seeks a seasoned Data Operations professional to lead taxonomy strategy and drive reporting automation across global teams.

You will partner with planning and investment groups to deliver high-quality data, scalable dashboards, and efficient processes, mentoring junior staff and offshore teams while ensuring data accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting.
• Knowledge of agency-side execution processes.
• Experience building data visualization and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead taxonomy strategy conversations with stakeholders for media reporting.
• Drive adoption of reporting automation across teams.
• Act as SME for data quality projects and processes.
• Gather reporting requirements for dashboards and reports.
• Facilitate status meetings and drive task progression.
• Resolve blockers and manage internal/external reporting plans.
• Provide ongoing technical support for data ops processes.
