Job summary

Initiative is seeking a Director of Data Management to lead taxonomy governance, data quality, site-served reporting enablement, and the flow of campaign data into downstream environments for the Paramount account. You will act as the SME across multiple teams and guide Data Operations resources in a hybrid environment in New York and Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Expertise in taxonomy governance and standardized taxonomy practices.
• Knowledge of data QA, data mapping and reporting readiness.
• Ability to translate reporting requirements into operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead taxonomy governance conversations with stakeholders.
• Oversee data collection, QC, and downstream mapping to CM360.
• Partner with Analytics to translate reporting needs into upstream setup.
• Mentor Data Operations resources and drive automation.
