Job summary

Omnicom seeks a Director of Data Management to guide data operations, BI strategy, and governance across agency teams and client accounts. You will establish frameworks for data integrity, analytics excellence, and operational effectiveness across media channels.

You will partner with internal media, analytics, strategy, planning, and IT teams, oversee offshore/onshore delivery, and champion automation to scale data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in data management, data engineering, or BI.
• 5–6+ years in an advertising agency environment or digital analytics.
• Extensive experience with digital media data (paid, owned, earned).
• Proven leadership of managers and offshore teams.
• Strong communication to translate complex topics.

Responsibilities
