Qualifications

• 8+ years in data management, data engineering, data operations or BI
• 5-6+ years in an advertising agency environment
• 6+ years working with digital media data
• 4-6+ years in data governance and quality in warehousing/ETL/BI
• 5-6+ years in management roles, including offshore teams
• 5-6+ years in client-facing roles
• Proven leadership in data management frameworks and reporting
• Experience across multiple media channels and datasets

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data governance and quality frameworks
• Lead BI tool adoption and data warehousing initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to standardize data and reporting applications
• Serve as liaison among internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Oversee project planning and resource management
