Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Director, Data Foundations, Automation & Information Infrastructure to lead a high‑performing team. You will shape data strategy, own curated data assets, and drive end‑to‑end data lifecycle from modeling to production, ensuring accurate, well-documented data for reporting, analytics, and AI across Commercial Banking.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Data Foundations strategy and roadmap aligned to priorities.
• Own end-to-end data lifecycle from modeling to production data assets.
• Lead ETL development, data pipelines and data quality controls.
• Modernize data platforms and partner with Technology for production readiness.
• Enable data-driven decisions with documented data definitions and DQP.
• Lead people, manage priorities, and foster a culture of ownership.
