Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Senior Manager within the Data Ingestion & Integration (DII) team to lead end-to-end data onboarding, ingestion, and integration for AI and analytics workloads. You will collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure data solutions that enable Generative AI and advanced analytics across the enterprise.

You will mentor engineers, own technical outcomes, and drive improvements in platform capability, delivery

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Data Engineering or analytics
• 3+ years as a Technical Delivery leader
• Experience with enterprise data integration and cloud/data governance

Responsibilities

• Lead data onboarding, ingestion, and integration initiatives for AI/analytics
• Translate business needs into data requirements and models
• Design scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Ensure governance, access control, and security standards
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement in data platforms
