NWS is seeking a Director of Data Center Product Line Management (PLM) & Utilities to lead the go-to-market strategy and lifecycle management for the data center portfolio. This role requires strategic leadership, deep data center tech knowledge, and the ability to drive growth across a multi-location footprint.

You will guide cross-functional teams, engage with hyperscalers and partners, and travel as needed across the US and Canada to align market demand with product execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in product management or engineering leadership with 5+ years in data center markets.
• Proven GO-TO-MARKET strategy development and sales growth record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to influence at all levels.
• Willingness to travel across the United States and Canada.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Data Center solutions, considering market trends and feedback.
• Manage product lifecycle from phase-in to end-of-life, incl. stocking positions per product.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape in data center space.
• Provide sales teams with tools and training to position the data center portfolio; engage with key customers and partners.
• Define KPIs, forecast, budgets, and business cases to support investments and resource allocations.
