Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking an experienced PDU Power Infrastructure Manager to lead the global PDU strategy, monitoring, and lifecycle planning. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations to forecast capacity needs and standardize technology across the network footprint.

The role requires hands-on experience with intelligent PDUs, firmware governance, and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing intelligent PDU infrastructure in enterprise, data center, or colocation environments.
• Experience with PDU monitoring, alarm management, firmware administration, and remote management platforms.
• Experience managing hardware lifecycle programs, inventory, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Experience working with equipment vendors and support organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own global PDU infrastructure as the technical lead, establishing standards and deployment guidelines.
• Manage monitoring, alerting, reporting, alarm thresholds, escalation procedures, and firmware upgrades.
• Develop lifecycle, inventory, and budget plans; forecast growth and replacement timelines.
• Oversee vendor relationships, RMAs, product roadmaps, and support escalations.
