Job summary

Related Digital seeks a Director of Operational Excellence & Assurance to drive continuous improvement across data center operations and independently audit EHS, safety, and quality performance. You will design the internal audit program, verify field practices against procedures, and partner with site leadership to turn findings into lasting improvements.

The role includes auditing facility management partner performance, supporting SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 programs, and exercising Stop Work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business discipline.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, CSP/CIH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency of data center ops.
• Design and execute internal audit and assessment programs across sites.
• Audit SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 programs with external auditors.
• Monitor KPIs, drive CAPA closures, and report to leadership.
