QTS Realty Trust seeks a Director of Development (Data Center Construction) to lead complex project delivery across multiple data center locations. You will coordinate with Property Development and other teams to ensure design, pricing, approvals and deployment meet client needs while controlling costs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
