Job summary

Slalom seeks a Go-To-Market Data & AI Director for the Microsoft Account in Seattle. You will drive growth of data and AI offerings, lead an entrepreneurial, client-focused team, and partner with technology leaders to accelerate sales and value creation.

You will engage executives, deliver innovative data and AI solutions, and shape go-to-market strategies that expand relationships and revenue across the Microsoft Account. Travel 10–20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting leadership specializing in Data, Analytics, or AI.
• 7-10 years of leading technical pursuits with GTM strategy and account growth.
• Track record of growing existing client relationships with Microsoft and expanding new accounts.
• Activator mindset with ownership, curiosity, and persistence to pursue opportunities using Data & AI.
• Drive outcomes by shaping solutions that focus on business impact.
• Technical excellence with experience delivering using AWS technology and services.
• Exceptional communication to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive GTM mindset to build the sales pipeline.
• Collaborative skills across teams to drive Data and Intelligence sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Slalom’s Data & AI offerings for the Microsoft Account.
• Identify opportunities for growth and lead revenue expansion with a customer-centric GTM approach.
• Engage with clients and executives to deliver data and AI solutions.
• Lead thought leadership events and partner with marketing to showcase capabilities.
• Generate demand through campaigns, RFIs/RFPs, workshops and POCs.
• Manage a portfolio with multi-million dollar impact and meet utilization targets.
